Had been thinking about an Apple Watch for some time but was put off by its price. Noticed the Timex smartwatch on Amazon. Thought it would be a cost effective way to sample smartwatches. I’m happy with the results. The watch is very accurate with its functions like time, heart rate, step count and weather. Was concerned about recharging needs, but the battery so far seems hardy and charging is easy. The watch interfaces easily with my iPhone via a Timex app and is comfortable to wear. I’m sure an Apple Watch may interface with an iPhone more deeply than the Timex does, but at this time I don’t feel the need for that. I’m satisfied with this watch so far and glad I purchased it. I recommend it to those who are curious about a smartwatch but don’t want to jump into the “deep end of the pool” just yet.
