Very attractive! New collection favorite!
This watch is extremely attractive and gets an A+ for good looks. It gets another 10 for sensible pricing. This is not a dive watch; it just looks like one. With a face of about 1" diameter, it is suitable for small wrists while packing a terrific visual WOW! However, what you get is different from what is suggested you will get. Having clarified a few points with the manufacturer's representative today, it is important to note this model watch – 8942 – has none of the attributes mentioned in general for GQ models; therefore, it is modestly priced. It is essentially like any other battery-operated analog watch. The bezel that does not move at all on this model; it is fixed permanently in place. It does not wind itself automatically with wrist movements.
Even I can read this watch
I needed to replace my leaking watch: I needed the face to be easy to read but not look ginormous on my small wrists. I really like this watch. It's attractive and the hands and hour markers contrast sufficiently to allow me to read it without reading glasses. The two-tone metal link band goes with silver and gold jewelry and it's comfortable to wear. (I had to take 3 links out of it to fit but that's easily done at a jewelry store.) I can't actually attest to how waterproof it is underwater but it works like a champ with me washing my hands all the time. I'm really glad I bought it. It's a smart-looking watch that doesn't overpower my narrow wrists.
A great looking well made small women's dive bracelet dive watch
My wife just received this INVICTA watch a few days ago for the bargain basement price of $50ish dollars. It is a small women's watch and not the large dive watch you are expecting, which is exactly what she wanted. Small wrist small watch face. It is a striking piece with blue face and two toned gold/silver body and strap. We have not tested it in a pool or underwater which some way was an issue.
Recommended for smaller wrists. BEAUTIFUL!
I REALLY hated to return it but it’s just too tight on my seven inch circumference wrist, and the watch face is too small proportionally based on what I’m used to seeing on my arm. But it’s LOVELY and would be a tremendous gift for a petite lady, teen, or someone who wouldn’t have to grab reading glasses to read it. I actually thought about keeping it for my niece, but she’s a few years too young. So I wrapped it carefully in its original packaging, returned it and ordered the men’s version. In the process I learned quite a bit about sizing watches. I recommend doing a bit of research if you are unsure.
