Removing links for perfect fit...
Bought this watch as a gift for my cousin. It was too big, and I had to remove 4 links from the band. The pins can only be driven out in one direction. One side has a tiny line on the end of the pin, this is the top. The pin must be driven out from the other end. I used a plastic ended tack from our bulletin board, and a very small hammer. Placed the tack on the flat end of the pin, several sharp taps later, it slid right out. Removed the links, and tapped it back end, hitting the side with the groove on it. No problems at all. Posted this when I read others were having a hard time removing links. No amount of hammering will drive the link pin out, if you hit it the wrong way. Hope this helps someone!
Watch shown in pic is WR to 200 meters, actual watch is only WR to 100 meters.
The watch I received looks very much like the one in the image but it is a bit different from the product image and description. I purchased this watch because I have a formal event to attend and, while a smaller watch would be more appropriate, I need a larger face/hands so that I can actually see the time.
After I received the watch, I took it to a nearby jeweler to have it sized for my wrist (the band is very long) since I don't have the needed tools to do it myself. Cost was $16 + change. Five links needed to be removed. This is a *large* watch.

I'm a Bling girl and when I saw this watch I had to have it.. Great price and a big statement watch. Had to remove a few sections in the bracelet to make it fit tho. My son is a whiz with watch bracelets. This is a big watch so probably not right for a small woman.
