The watch looks beautiful but poor quality latch. I returned it twice using the Asurian Protection Plan, the first return with a fixed latch only lasted two weeks. The last return was returned without it being fixed. Both times, it took forever getting to the proper person to have it returned at Asurian and the service at Anne Klein was even worse. I wouldn't buy this watch again. Beware!

Just bought this watch at the end of April 2021 and the crystal face is already cracked! Of course if you read the warranty many parts are not covered including the crystal face. Not impressed, should have lasted longer.

This is a lovely watch-looks much more expensive than it is. That being said-this band only fits Very small wrists.
Could not get this watch off without great difficulty due to clasp and adjacent links. Bruised my entire wrist in process of removal.

Terrible gift for my wife’s birthday. It turned her skin green after less then one day of wearing it. I thoroughly read the reviews prior to purchase and they were just about all great reviews so I trusted it. Big mistake. I wanted to give it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me that’s why I gave it one not that it deserves one.
